  • If the product you received is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To qualify for a replacement or refund:

    • Provide clear photos of the issue

    • Product must be unopened and in original packaging

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
